Clean Conscience (originally branded as Busy Brooms Cleaning Services) was founded in 2003 by Amanda Schofield. Grounded in the principles of delivering the best possible service for clients, as well as a happy and healthy work environment for employees, the company met with unprecedented success.

Recognizing the grounded values, already established success and growing potential for the business, Michael and Stephanie Wilmott opted to invest in the business in 2005. This new partnership provided the necessary cash injection to help move the business to new heights and the success story continued.

In 2006, the newly-formed management team purchased Dusting Divas - another local cleaning company who specialized in the production of environmentally-friendly cleaning products.

With the purchase of the Dusting Divas product line, the company principals strategically opted to rebrand the company to something that more appropriately reflected the combined offerings of both products and services. After much deliberation, Clean Conscience was born. This new identity better reflected the company culture and the fact that the organization operates from a values base that is very conscious of:

• the well being of community and the environment
• creating a cleaner today for a greener tomorrow
